Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Singapore Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Should a parcel be returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, any additional redelivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide! Estimated shipping rates are currently shown for Malaysia, Australia, Japan and Hong Kong. For other countries, WhatsApp us at +65 9731 0551 for a quotation.
Please note the rates above are provided as a general shipping guide only. Final shipping charges will depend on the delivery location, parcel weight and applicable surcharges. Oversized or bulky orders will be quoted seperately.
