Orders & Payment

Please contact us as soon as possible via Whatsapp at +65 8208 0061. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation. For orders arranged directly with us, we will confirm your order via Whatsapp once the details and payment have been verified.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for online purchases. Exchanges may be available subject to our exchange terms and conditions. Please refer to our Online Exchange Policy for full details, including eligibility and the exchange process.

Products & Care

Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in beadwork, pattern placement and colour are part of its unique character. Colours may also vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screen settings.

Store your item in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight and sharp objects. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth or a non-alcoholic wet wipe when needed.

For the first 1–2 washes, we recommend hand washing separately and avoiding soaking. Some colour may run initially but this will not affect the overall colour tone of the garment.

After the first few washes, the garment can be machine washed. All our clothing is made from 100% cotton so the fabric will naturally become softer and more comfortable with each wash.
