Online Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase. If it isn't quite the right fit, eligible online orders may be exchanged for store credit subject to our exchange policy.

Exchange for Store Credit

This exchange policy applies to online purchases with a valid order number only. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Online proof of purhcase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact and attached.
  • Store credit will be issued based on the original purchase price of the returned item.
  • Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items.
  • Personalised or customised items, unless they are faulty.
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in print placement, beadwork, colour, or finishing are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered defects.
  • Minor colour differences caused by photography, lighting, or screen display settings are not considered defects.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Items purchased at markdown prices are strictly final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Any exchange request is subject to stock availability at the point of exchange.
  • Exchange can only be done over the counter at our physical store during operating hours. Please bring along your purchase receipt or order number.
